I worked as a Visiting Lecturer at NIBM, gaining valuable part-time work experience. My areas of teaching included the Web Development Module and the Data Warehousing and Data Mining Module. Additionally, I facilitated industrial work experience sessions to help students become familiar with real-world industry practices.

I worked as a Software Engineer, specializing as a Front-End Developer. I joined the company as a fresh graduate and was promoted to Software Engineer on April 1, 2023, due to my performance. I also had the opportunity to train with the WSO2 practice team at Mitra. In the middle of 2023, I was assigned to the Aetna Project, the main project owned by Mitra. I was the only developer from Sri Lanka and the sole Mitra developer working on the Aetna Provider Portal. This role allowed me to take on additional responsibilities as the lead Front-End Developer, where I guided the team to achieve the project's goals.

I joined the company as a fresh graduate with a focus on full-stack development. We have a strong undergraduate program that helps new graduates become familiar with the industry. I received excellent guidance and training from both of my supervisors. During my time on various projects, I specialized as a front-end developer, working primarily with ReactJS and NextJS.

The training experience I gained as a Trainee Software Engineer at CodeGen International (Pvt.) Ltd. greatly enhanced both my technical and soft skills. The internship program was well-structured, providing everyone with the opportunity to collaborate in teams using various technologies.

3S Fabrications (Pvt) Ltd is a BOI company that manufactures load cells. This was where I began my exposure to the industry. While working at 3S, I learned a great deal about company ethics and cultural background. It was an excellent place to embark on my journey in the job industry.
