I am contributing as a Visiting Lecturer in NIBM which adds part-time work experience. Currently, my teaching areas are the Web Development Module and Data Warehousing and Data Mining Module. Parally I also assisted in doing industrial work experience sessions for the students to familiarize them with industry experience.

Currently working as a Software Engineer (Front End Developer). I joined the company as a fresh graduate and was promoted to Software Engineer on the 1st of April 2023 based on my performance. I also got the chance to train under the WSO2 practice team in Mitra. In the middle of 2023, I was assigned to the main project owned by Mitra, the Aetna Project. I was the only Sri Lankan developer and Mitra developer who worked in Aetna Provider Portal. I got the opportunity to perform a stretched role as the leading Front-end developer and to guide the team to achieve the project goals.

I joined the company as a fresh graduate (Full stack developer) and we have a good undergraduate program for fresh graduates to familiarize themselves with the industry. I got good guidance and training from both supervisors I had. Upon the projects I got to work on, I specialized as a front-end Developer and worked on ReactJS and NextJS projects.

The training experience I received as a Trainee Software Engineer in CodeGen International (Pvt.) Ltd helps me to enhance my technical skills as well as my soft skills. The internship program at CodeGen was a well-planned training program where everyone gets an opportunity to work in teams with different technologies. 

3S Fabrications (Pvt) Ltd is a BOI company manufacturing Loads Cells. This is the place where I start my exposure to the industry. I learned many company ethics and cultural background while I was working at 3S. It was a great place to start our journey in the job industry.
